If you’re anything like me, before you get a new ‘toy’ you want to learn how it works and what you can do with it. You may have heard that the SizeGenetics penis extender offers up to 58 ways to combine the accessories, but how?! Right?
While it is true that there are 58 ways, you will almost never be able to use all 58 of them.
What it really is is a 16 way comfort system. Let me explain:
There are 3 sets of elongation bars with this device, 1/2 inch, 1 inch and 2 inch. 16 combinations with the 1/2 inch bars ,16 combinations with the 1 inch bars and 16 combinations with the 2 inch bars means there are “58 ways”. A cheeky little marketing trick I suppose!
There are also 16 ways without any elongation bars, so I might have been sneaky enough to market it as 64 way comfort set!
Ok so it isn’t exactly true, there aren’t quite 58 ways…
But there really are 16 ways, which is a lot more than most of the competitors out there.
So what parts are included in the Comfort System?
The 16 way comfort strap system is made up of five interchangeable parts which can be used in a total of 16 different combinations.
There are 2 attachments and 3 accessories.
By mixing and matching these different parts, you can find a unique and comfortable fit regardless of if you’re circumcised or not, large or small, curved or straight.
What it consists of:
Attachment 1 – The Comfort Strap is the more modern strap and most extenders have some option similar to this. It is the choice of most users as it is the more comfortable option. It is wider than the other options which creates a bigger surface area for the grip to be applied, creating a more comfortable and evenly distributed pull and also decreasing any slippage.
Attachment 2 – The Silicone Noose is the original strap type, and many guys still swear by it. It wraps directly behind the glans. It fits snug, and uses the difference in height from your shaft and glans to stop slippage. It is more customisable in terms of girth, so for those of you with bigger or smaller girths, this will probably be the option for you.
Accessory 1 – The Protection Pad is used beneath either the strap or noose. It eliminates skin contact with the noose or strap, ensuring there is no pinching or skin tugging for those with a smaller flaccid penis.
Accessory 2 – The fabric covered Latex Head Grips are latex on the inner side, and fabric on the out, reducing the slipping but also feeling nice and soft.
Accessory 3 – The No-Slip Protech Mat is a latex strip that you can wrap around the penis to increase grip when used with either the comfort strap and protection pad. Latex is a great great material that is flexible, durable and doesn’t slip, some of the reasons it is used to make rubbers!
How can I use it 16 different ways?

2. The Silicon Noose and No-slip mat
3. The Silicon Noose and Latex Head grip
4. The Silicon Noose and Protection Pad

These accessories are essential for anyone of you guys that wants to really get on with this device. They increase comfort and reduce slippage problems.
You will definitely need to play around to get the combination that works best for you. I found that the No-slip is probably the best accessory and I also preferred the Comfort Strap.
